Paperwork & Payments for 2020

Hello again Manchester Pop Warner Red Hawk families

We have received so many messages of support from many of you, and we thank you for your understanding after having to make such a difficult decision.

We continue to be invested in our young athletes and their families.  We will begin planning our future programs such as winter tackle, winter flag; there may be a possibility for some limited, organized, physically distanced workout and skill building programs in the near future, and of course our 2021 Fall Tackle & Cheer season.   

Forms & Paperwork: 

For those of you who have turned in your paperwork such as Pop Warner forms, the copy of the report card and medical form, we will appropriately dispose of them as they will not be applicable for our 2021 season.

For those who turned in an original birth certificate.  Those will be mailed to the home address you provided on your forms.  You will each be emailed individually; to notify you when it has been mailed.


Many families have already paid in full for the season, some have put down deposits and others have paid the minimum few dollars required to complete registration.

In every case, we need to ask you to please notify us, via email, of how you want these payments handled.  It is important that we have your written request no later than September 1st.  

There is more than 1 option to consider, and we are happy to accommodate whatever your preference is:

Option 1: Transfer your payment to be applied to our SPRING 2021 tackle football & cheer season

Option 2: Apply your payment as a credit to be applied to another future program or the 2021 fall tackle and cheer season.

Option 3: Apply payment as a donation to the league to support future program options (We are happy to provide a written acknowledgement for tax filing purposes, if you request it)

Option 4: A refund check mailed to your home address

Please email us at [email protected] with your first and last name, your registered child's first and last name and which option you prefer.

If we do not hear from you by September 1st, your registration will be canceled and any payments you made will be applied as a credit towards a future program.
